Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or quote. Typically, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For larger projects, we may offer milestone-based payment schedules.

For projects where we develop websites or other digital products for clients, the ownership of the final product will be specified in the service agreement. Generally, upon full payment, clients own the content they've provided and the final assembled website or product, while we retain ownership of certain custom code, tools, or techniques used to create the product.

4.4 Portfolio Rights

Unless specified otherwise in writing, you grant us the right to use your completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials, which may include screenshots, descriptions, and links to your website or application.

5. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our Services, clients have certain responsibilities to ensure successful project completion, including:

• Providing necessary content, information, and feedback in a timely manner;
